Founded and scaled Code Clouders, a multidisciplinary software and digital transformation company serving MENA and the GCC.
- Grew the company to 45 people and 50+ clients across MENA and the GCC over nine years.
- Held full P&L ownership: set pricing strategy and rate-card design, ran commercial negotiations, and managed margins.
- Owned pre-sales personally: qualified government tenders, wrote technical proposals, built estimates, and negotiated through to signature.
- Led delivery of web, mobile, ERP, and automation platforms for healthcare, government, pharmaceutical, and distribution clients, including Saudi public-sector work under DGA standards.
- Set technical direction: made architecture decisions, selected technologies, defined engineering standards, and performed final technical and code review.
- Raised institutional investment and managed the investor relationship.
